About Me
JASHTONFIT provides premium personal training services in Auckland, New Zealand and exercise programs catered to a wide variety of fitness goals. Years of training experience provide informed decisions for the creation of the training plans, which have demonstrated exceptional results. JASHTONFIT's owner, Josh Ashton, has 6 years weightlifting experience and 5 years of martial arts training, specialising in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2021, in which he holds a purple belt. Ashton has graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation in Sport and Exercise Science, where he developed his advanced knowledge in exercise prescription and nutrition recommendations for sport performance.
