Jashton Fit offers personal training programmes, strength and conditioning resources, online coaching, digital downloads, and fitness-related content. These services may include one-on-one consultations, training plans, or subscription-based offerings.

Jashton Fit is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise from following any programme or advice provided.

All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payments are processed securely via our chosen payment gateway providers.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and training programmes, is the property of Jashton Fit and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Distribute viruses or harmful code

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Jashton Fit

Digital Products and Online Programmes

Due to the nature of digital fitness programmes and downloadable content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or files delivered. This includes:

  • Training programmes

  • PDF guides

  • Custom coaching plans

  • Video courses

However, if you believe you have been charged in error or have not received access as promised, please contact us at jashtonfit@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you purchase a recurring subscription:

  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

  • If technical issues prevent access to content, please contact us for support.

Physical Merchandise (if sold)

If you purchase physical products (e.g. branded apparel or equipment), you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item if it is:

  • Faulty or damaged on arrival

  • Significantly different from the product description

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and proof of purchase must be provided. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
